Brown Trout – Llynfi Dulas

Three Views Bungalow (Talgarth) is situated about as centrally as it is possible to be between the two big River Systems of the River Wye and The River Usk. Beats, such as the Llynfi Dulas (Wye tributary) for example, being only being a 10 minute walk away. The Usk Primarily known as being a Brown Trout river whilst the Wye offers a greater variety of game species including Salmon, Sea Trout, Brown Trout and Grayling.

 

The Wye & Usk foundation ( http://www.wyeuskfoundation.org/ ) control much of the fishing in and around the area and is usually the first port of call for visiting fisherman. Day tickets for the vast majority of water in area are available via their passport scheme. Although much information is made available online their offices (Old Natwest Bank on the Square) are just 100m away…
